What is your shipping charge?
We are offering shipping for a flat rate of $7.95. All orders of $150 or more will be shipped free of charge.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
Once Upon A Baby adheres to the Trade Practices Act Guidelines and provides refunds accordingly.
In addition to your rights under the Trade Practices Act, if for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or credit note. Items must be returned unworn, unused and with all paperwork, packaging and tags intact and attached. Items must be returned within 14 days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges on seasonal items after the season has ended, sale items, or items that are no longer stocked.
We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
Unsuitable gifts can, of course, be exchanged for something more suitable.
How do I organise an exchange?
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, colour or something completely different we will do our best to make the process simple and easy for you.

My item is damaged or faulty....
The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare. However, should it occur, we aim to minimise any inconvenience and will work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, . . whatever is best for you!
